Reporting of an infringement or omission by the NTCA

If you wish to submit a complaint in your own case, or in relation to a procedure of NTCA or one of its employees, please complete the following form.

If you wish to bring an infringement or omission by another person to the attention of NTCA, please complete the form for public interest disclosures.

If you wish to submit a complaint, you must provide the following data:

name,
address of permanent residence, or
tax identification code/tax number.

This is necessary because the complaint is being lodged to remedy damage to individual interests and can only be investigated if the person who has suffered the damage to individual interest is known.
