Comments can be made by telephone, on the NTCA Infoline, under menu item 2 (Administering tax matters and providing information on specific tax matters), submenu 1 (Administering tax matters and providing information on specific tax matters), menu item 4 (Administering tax matters and providing information related to tax accounts).

When dealing with the matter, the tax type concerned must be specified and the discrepancy must be detailed.

A customer ID number is required to use this service.

Using the telephone customer service system, you can quickly and conveniently handle matters such as transfers between tax accounts, corrections to incorrectly filed transfer and disbursement requests (in cases where personal presence is not required), and request information about your tax account and tax account statement.

The service is available on weekdays, Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 4pm, and on Fridays from 8.30am to 1.30pm. A customer identification number is required for dealing with individual tax matters. This can be requested on form titled "TEL", most easily in ONYA.
