In your application, please describe the tax type concerned and detail the discrepancy. Attach a copy of the tax return, the decision of the NTCA, the payment slip, or any other document that can be used to support the settlement or correction of the tax account.
The e-Paper service can be used for cases for which there is no formalised data form standardised by the NTCA for the given topic.
